求職者1人に対する求人数を示す県内の有効求人倍率(季節調整値)は前月比で8カ月ぶりに低下し、1.49倍となった。秋田労働局が3日公表した1月の県内雇用情勢で示されたもの。同局は「持ち直しの動きが弱まっており、物価上昇などが今後の雇用に与える影響に注意する必要がある」とした。
県内の新規求職者数は4,692人で、前年同月を14.4%、589人上回った。3カ月ぶりの増加。月間有効求職者数は1万4,792人で、同0.1%、10人の微増ながら、19カ月ぶりに減少に歯止めがかかった。

1月の県内就職者数は前年同月比10.3%、117人減の1,020人で、2カ月連続の減少。うち45歳以上の中高年齢者は504人で、同12%、69人減少した。同じく2カ月連続の減少。
事業主からは○原材料や電気代の高騰により収益が上がらない(製造業)○店舗来店者は増加傾向にあるが、材料や人手不足の影響から商品を仕入れられないことがある(卸売業、小売業)○価格転嫁で利益を確保しているが、企業努力だけでは厳しくなってきている(宿泊業、飲食サービス業)○電気料金の値上げやコロナ感染対策のため経費が圧迫し、予算が足りず増員できない(医療・福祉)などの声が聞かれた。
同局が作成した職安別状況のうち秋田北地方は下段のとおりだが、有効求人倍率(常用)は大館が前月比0.28ポイント減の1.63倍、鷹巣が同0.02ポイント減の1.55倍、鹿角が前月と変わらず2.05倍。鹿角は7カ月連続の2倍超えで、県内最高。(午後3時)
